Dental Pool

Municipal Services Authority (MSA) has partnered with Keenan and Associates along with Delta Dental to create the Dental Pool. The MSA Dental Pool is a dental purchasing solution for municipalities which is designed to provide greater stability while giving agencies a more competitive marketplace to purchase their dental coverage.

Advantages of joining the MSA Dental Pool include:

• Access to the Delta Dental provider network
• Available to agencies with as few as 10 eligible employees
• Agencies with 10–99 eligible employees can select from one of the four base plan designs, with pre-negotiated rates
• Agencies with 100+ eligible employees will have the option to keep or create their own plan design, or choose from the four base options
• Available to agencies with both Active and Retiree populations
